    Linla hands its bar over for one night to Lachlan Gunner and the team from trap. South Australia's Best Cocktail Bar (2024), a basement room in Adelaide. Lachie brings fourteen years behind the bar and for this shift he's working from Linla's Taiwanese pantry, run through trap.'s technique.

"Their cocktails taste just like a delicious milk tea even this clarified papaya milk tea. Their food was light and delicious particularly this addictive bag shaking crispy chicken with sichuan seasoning and fresh Wagyu beef tartare. Then we finished out with this cute fairy Bread Bao with vanilla ice cream."
