As part of Taiwan Cocktail Camp, Linla is bringing Sydney’s modern Asian cocktail energy back to Tainan for two exclusive guest shifts.
Founder Charles Chang and Aaron Hou will step behind the bar at two of Tainan’s most respected venues, Phowa & Cuckoo Bar, sharing Linla’s signature approach: experimental yet approachable cocktails, layered flavors, and a social dining philosophy where every drink tells a story.
From Surry Hills, Sydney, to Tainan, this is more than a guest shift.
